Decoding the Invisible Decade of Women's Health
Mia is a clinician-designed platform that helps women in perimenopause finally understand what is happening in their bodies — and what to do about it. You don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't have to wait years for answers.

The Problem
Women in their late 30's through early 50's are experiencing symptoms they can't name; sleep disruption, brain fog, anxiety, irregular cycles, mood shifts, yet are being told they're fine. The medical system has no centralized protocol for perimenopause. Research funding is 22× less than prostate cancer, despite a comparable disease burden.
On top of that, women are handed an overwhelming list of lifestyle interventions — 10,000 steps, strength training, precise nutrition, sleep hygiene — with no roadmap for how any of it connects to what they're actually experiencing. The burden compounds. We're here to reduce it.
What Mia Does
A clinically validated symptom assessment maps where you are in your perimenopause journey and generates your personalized score through the Hybrid Early Detection Scale across four dimensions: physiological, emotional, psychosocial, and clinical.
Mia identifies which of your symptoms are likely perimenopause-related and which may not be, replacing years of guesswork with biological intelligence developed by hormonal specialists and MDs. You'll finally know what's happening in your body.
You receive a personalized, evidence-based protocol (behavior-first, not supplement-first) so you can take control of your experience with a clear path forward. Unlike generic wellness apps, every recommendation has real clinical expertise behind it.
The Bigger Picture
No single source of truth for perimenopause exists. We're building it — together.
There is no longitudinal dataset mapping how symptoms and lifestyle interact in real women during perimenopause. Because of that gap, care has been guesswork for generations. Every woman who engages with Mia contributes to the first research base of its kind — data that will make the next generation of perimenopause care meaningfully better for all women.
Your participation is a public health contribution. You're not just getting answers, you're helping co-build the future of women's health, and closing a knowledge inequity that has been allowed to persist for far too long.
"This is not just a personal health tool. It is the foundation of a movement."
