The Clarity Test

Your body is telling you something. Let's find out what.

A 21-question clinical self-assessment that turns scattered, confusing symptoms into a clear, personal picture, built with menopause-certified clinicians.

Are night sweats and hot flashes actually the same thing?
Why does my anxiety spike right before my period, out of nowhere?
Is this brain fog... or something else?
Could my joint pain actually be connected to hormones?
Why this matters

This knowledge gap has been costing you more than you know.

25%
of women's lives is spent in poor health, an average of nine years.
8%
of income lost each year to unmanaged perimenopause symptoms, a cost that compounds across the average 10-year transition.
+43%
higher odds of leaving the workforce when symptoms are severe.
65%
say their symptoms directly affected their quality of life.
Why start here

You're not imagining it. Here's the shape of what's happening.

It's a biological stage every woman goes through, and still, many take months, sometimes years, to realize what they're feeling is perimenopause. It's not something to cure. It's something you can understand and manage.

Questions about the Test

What to expect before you start

Can perimenopause be detected with a blood test?+

Not reliably. Hormone levels fluctuate day to day during perimenopause, so a single blood draw often doesn't tell the full story: you could test on a high day or a low day and get a completely different picture. That's why the Clarity Test uses a validated clinical questionnaire instead, scoring your symptoms against a recognized framework (the Menopause Rating Scale) for a clearer read on where you actually are.

Why does perimenopause look so different for every woman?+

It isn't one steady decline. It's fluctuating hormones affecting your body, mood, and daily life in different combinations and different intensities. That's why the Clarity Test scores you across three real dimensions (physical, psychological, and psychosocial) instead of handing you a generic checklist. Your path is your own.

What do I actually get from my results?+

A personal report that maps where you are across those three dimensions, in plain language, plus the specific words to bring to your own doctor. Most women tell us it's less about the diagnosis and more about finally feeling informed and taken seriously walking into that appointment.

Is the Clarity Test a diagnosis?+

No. It's a starting point, not a medical diagnosis: a way to turn scattered symptoms into a clear, evidence-based picture you can act on, with or without a clinician alongside you. Think of it as arming yourself with information, not replacing your doctor.

How long does it take, and what happens after I finish?+

About ten minutes for the full test. Your personal report is ready within minutes of finishing, no waiting, no follow-up call required to see your results.

Is my information private?+

Yes. Your answers and your report are kept private, and this is a one-time assessment: no subscription, no ongoing data collection beyond what generates your report.

Stop guessing. Start with a clear picture.

Ten minutes of honest answers, and a report built to actually make sense of them.
